Private placement again to raise cash but business still incur losses quarter after quarter

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 31 May 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 200,000,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0161 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 19.9% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 28 May 2021 of RM0.0201, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.

Thanks to my friend, I am here.

This penny stock has been loss making for many of the quarters.

Fund raising exercise just completed with listing of 2,556,501,561 Rights Shares and 144,969,824 additional Warrants on 9/6/21

Directors very happy with the amount raised = RM153,390,093.66

Hope the directors are honest and ethical to develop their businesses to start making profit, using the fund raised from rights issue.
