Cartel of loss making lapsap penny stocks has improved their goreng strategy. They don't have to goreng a stock to very high price to make money.
They prefer to keep the stock price low. Low price will need lower fund to maintain and lower fund to goreng. They are here for gamblers, punters, short term traders or dreamers who think of getting rich by 500 or 1000%
They don't need to maintain high price to attract or impress real investors.
Goreng from 5sen to 10sen has same profit margin as goreng from 10sen to 20sen which would require twice the money needed.

Probably, DNONCE could be used as the new vehicle to raise massive fund by issuing bonus shares & warrants, Rights issue, private placement, esos or assets acquisition, resulting in enlarged multi-billion shares for DNONCE and diluting shareholdings equity and EPS.
First, watch out for the changes in boardroom announcements as a good indication.
