sapnrg masa crude oil USD48/ barrel i sudah beli, crude oil naik sampai USD53/ barrel tapi harga counter itu turun juga. Masa itu saya sudah hairan dan cut loss.. Akhirnya terbukti reportnya rugi. ini langsung boleh dikatakan managementnya kurang baik dan masa depannya kurang bagus..
Dulu Major Share holder juga cepat cepat jual apatah lagi ikan bilis macam kita. Sekarang itu bukan counter goreng panggil counter apa?

Gary, it's better if we counter check the forecast of crack spread margin from time to time. Currently
in uptrend until July 2018.
Higher material cost doesn't mean that the selling price is maintained the same all the time. Just few days (Crack spread margin down) to absorb the impact of this. But in other way, there will be inventory gain in such condition..

Q42017 & Q12018 ave crack spread margin higher than Q32017, no harm to wait for this counter ..

Forecast of crack spread margin in uptrend until Jun 2018 based on current information. Members here can easily get from cme website..

Of course crack spread margin not equal to their gross profit, with the good management whom can control well on other cost as well as the hedging matter was contributed to previous good result..

Crack spread margin trend in parrallel with the trend (up or down) of crude oil price. Long term, higher crude oil price will be better. You may check the forecast (Until Q2) of Crack spread margin from CME.
Price of stock (trend) refers to previous & current result as well as future earning too. So the earning prospect was foresee "GOOD" until Q2 based on current circumstance.
Some correction on crack spread for couple of days is because of market reaction on higher crude oil cost vs their selling price (Grace period of few days). And you will notice the crack spread is currently rising up and will continue until next week.. For sure, the stock value will increase due to the (trend) higher value of crude oil..

crack spread closed record high (last Friday) since early Sept. Foresee this counter price will be maintained in high level in another quarter as well based on the uptrend on earning in this industry..

After Q- report/ dividend announced, the mother & son price will rise as usual from current bottom price level. Let's the "time" work for you. Be patient and wait for the result. Time will prove you the value of this counter.

This month announce dividend as standard practice, the price wouldn't go below RM4. For sure,
the fund will "sapu" all before it goes to such ridiculous price.. Retailer will grab it before it touch Rm4.20. No chance for such low price except we are dreaming for it couple quarters or years later..
