Following is my nonsense comments:
1) BDI index for crude oil shipping has increased since last week of August from 618 to 715, this had indicated crude oil shipping is increased and improved. This tells us the market demand is increasing.
2) Crude oil price after Hurricane Harvey and Irma, has steadily increased, this may indicates crude oil price has been reversed from dropping and changed to upward trend. Good for those having oil fields including Hibiscus
3) Saudi will enhance and increase production cut to boost the crude oil/brent oil price .... since Aramco listing will need to finalise in following year
4) Winter season might boost up the demand of oils

Hopefully North Sabah will be finalised and announced in this month and started to contribute earnings from next qtr.

I think prior to 2009, listed companies needed to be have 30% shareholding hold by bumiputera, not sure, agak agak, that time China shareholders had purchased Antah as back door listing and Tuanku still remain as director after Antah changed to Huaan.

But still not understand the 30% shareholding is holding in trust or not. If this is holding in trust, then will not simply sell in the market.

Another thing to mention, company did lease out their production place to others during last couple of the years. But started from this year, including sister companies, they did make up a corporate plan to meet the business target and ensure company is within top 500 fortune company in China in near future.

It is a way to RM 1 (discount to 0.50 for China company), but you might shake out during the share price fluctuation. I think strong support still be at 0.23/0.235 (agak-agak). Those purchase above this price, just trade with cautious, including me.

Those reguralisation plan normally involve restructuring plan among the companies and any corporate exercise plan, for Huaan, this is different case, since they already proved they are producing profit but they did not submit to Bursa for regularisation.

Refer to bursa website, Huaan is not under the latest list of PN17 and GN3 companies. I think PN17 and GN3 will be more serious compared to PN4.

What is PN4 ?

“PN4 companies” are affected listed companies that fail to meet the financial conditions for continued trading and listing on KLSE. In this context, the provisions of PN4 aim to ensure that affected listed companies take steps to regularise their financial conditions expeditiously within the stipulated time frame.

The regularisation time frame is not wrong is by end of this year. Let's us look at Huan recent qtr report, Huan already showed good result and Huan financial condition is doing good and they had started business operation instead of leasing business and now business operation is at profit. Next qtr result will most likely provide positive results.

I think Huaan is not yet initiated the regularisation plan, maybe after next qtr result and by that time share price will fly above 50 cents.

Next Monday will try to gap up at 0.25 to 0.26 area if selling volume can be absorbed and try to test 0.30 area.

Poh Kong opened more than 100 outlets maybe 102 or more the second is Tomei .... think most or all of the outlets at shopping centre .... anyway if there is a case happened there is insurance coverage for compensation for loss.

Proving *** improving the bottomline

Just write some comments since people doubt gold price up whether benefit Poh Kong ....

1. Poh Kong every year had plan to open few outlets from town to suburb areas as our country is growing by more township and shopping malls due to growing integrated property snd township development
2. Normally open gold shop will involve manpower rental etc this is constant cost and did not fluctuate like raw material cosr
3. Finance cost ...... previous qtr is 3.2 m the latest qtr is 2 .1 million this is significant drop in finance cost by 1 m ..... this is the key improvement in bottomline .... think after another 1 to 2 years finance cost will become zero the bottomline will be huge jump by 30%.
4. If not wrong during 2011 to 2013 the gold price was at the high peak areas ..... but that years also many people got married and gave birth due to good years .... this tell us if you want marry and give birth baby will you really concern the gold price ... will u really dont give your wife or newborn baby the gold products .... compared to those high peak price 1600 to 2000 now 1350 is considered high price or not ..... use your brain and think ... even increased 10% the gold product up by 100 if you buy 1100 gold products will u say to your wife you want to save 100 ringgit due to gold price increased and delay wedding until gold price dropped to 900
5. Festival seasons also attract people to buy incuding cny deepavali
6. Net assets per share is sbout 1.1 to 1.2 ..... current price is 0.63 ..... you use this price to hold the expensive gold inventory since inventory occupied the net assets the most.

The above reasons already explains Poh Kong is proving the bottomline.

Then the inventory holding gain due to gold price increase will then help to improve bottomline since they can sell gold at higher price with lower cost of inventory. This qtr might not benefit that much but gradually will be benefited in following qtrs ....

TP will maintain at 0.80.

So buy Tomei and Poh Kong.
