Optimistic on future is a good thing. But 22/4 might.not be a final decision date if judge cannot make decision on that day, it is not impossible to have new hearing date since no one can tell confirm judge can come out results. The property for TM need time to grow fruits, probably won't see a huge jump on profit shortly if the project only just started. Manufacturing is facing huge challenge to generate profit too, has been red since few quarter. Dun buy dps solely on court case.

Judge in court has kpi to complete case within 6 months. However, federal court case ia not complicated because the appeal is solely on payment of quantam. Do not buy dps solely on court case.

I think the case is definitely hearing on thursday. If there is no dispute on the amount,solely on payment on quantam, then it has possibility to resolve on dec 2016 in best case scenario. Arbitration is out already. Hong leong desperate to sell their insurance asset to other company but failed. My big guest is they wanna drag as long as possible this claim until they sell, nw depend on judges and dps lawyer.

The case management date is 10 Nov, if brought forward, either less court case or wanna cancel case.

Chances of arbitration occur with 22 Nov no longer a case management date.

Dps is very similar to gsb. Both were previously focus on manufacturing and later diversify to property. Dps price now is somehow look alike GSB in early day before gsb property start generating obvious revenue. since the property project of dps in malacca will take place on jan 2017, aside from court case, its price still has room to grow.

Litogation in court of appeal take six months to have results, federal court will take how long??? Mayb 4th quarter only got results. If the results not favor dps, then case will forward back to high court, then another 6 months???? If you buy on material litigation bet, be prepare to keep this stock for ar least few month and hopefully everything turn out positive....
