Some people are short term trader while some people are long term investor. It is up to people how they want to make their money. For me myeg has long term prospect. Minor price fluctuation is normal along the way. My TP for myeg has always been rm2.00 so I will wait till then. Happy investing

@deepvalueinvesting. Nice analysis but unfortunately you make a mistake in assuming the EPS and PE ratio. High PE ratio of 2019 is an anomaly that shouldnt be taken into consideration due to Kawan moving their production to Pulau Indah. So their average PE should be around 20+ which is the average in the food industry

With current PE of only 20 is still cheap compared to other companies in same industry. Even when it goes to rm2 PE is still respectable 30. Much better than a lot of tech companies out there with super high valuation.

I am more worried for their export business. I know from the report they sell a lot of products to the hospitality industry. How much it will impact them? We don't know for sure with hotels all over the world shutting down.

Theme parks and Hotel supplements Genting casino business. So it is different from what Notion is doing currently. Anyway I guess we have to see whether this business plan works in the coming qtr

I mean if you look at Dufu and other similar companies, they are doing fantastic even during this covid19 outbreak. They don't try to diversify their business to something unrelated. So makes me wonder the direction of Notion management.

Production of medical products only commence in June??? Way too slow way too late. Low margin products especially with so many companies jumping into it. Bad move by the directors. They should just focus on their high margin precision manufacturing unless they know their core business is doing really bad hence force to find alternative revenue.

Last quarter result is good but it is only improvement 0.52% based QoQ, it does not warrant 40% increase in share price. Hence it has gone beyond its fundamentals. Jst my humble opinion. Stay safe investing
