anyone here i have some question .. is it the deal have to complete with selangor gov is all the water company have to agree to sell the business ? if some company not willing to sell the business to sel gov that mean they will bring the case to high court , if this action normally will take how many month or year ? ? last is the raw water license .. the sel gov will terminate the water license that mean kps will lost the core income ? is it true ??

I remember last time HDBS drop below rm4 . Is just because of the rumour say that AMBANK n AFFIN offer price for all business from HDBS is Ard 1.0bil - 1.10bil . But now the true is affin offer Ard 1.36 bil for Ib n management company . Not include combodia commercial bank n money lending company . If add in disposal for combodia commercial bank can get another 128million . That mean HDBS already sell the core business with 1.49billion cash .

Erm I think the deal will drop . Because Amprop will not let go the Kesas business for rm250m .
If the deal done , I think that Amprop management also won't propose a special dividend . Anyway I hope Amprop will keep the Kesas business . This is one making cash business for the company . This share is for long term investment .
