Pearlwhite is the Special Advisor to Pak Karim. Dark forces can join with SD to make it stronger, no need to takeover or be on the opposition side. SD Directors are all from Sarawak, if I am not mistaken, sorry correct me if I am wrong.

Now the burden is on KPMG to show it.

That will be a decided by SD and not me. But, since everything is in court now, we'll just enjoy the popcorn and see how this plays out.

If indeed there is so much cash lying around, why isn't the company redeeming the RM1.7B bond at 40% of face value? Just pay RM680M from cash balance and book the RM1.02B as negative interest expenses.

I think this is the effect of the delays of QR and also SIR by EY.

SD should come out with some explanation on what to be expected on the QR

Most of big companies already announced their QR and dividends. And i believe all SD's stockholders are waiting for it too
