过去15年来是云服务发展迅速的时代，接下去30年是AI即服务（AI as a Service）的时代。AI会像水和电一样，是未来的公用事业，只要开关一on，它就会在你面前出现，帮你解决问题、完成任务。

我继续保留我之前的假设：数据中心是业务主角，超级电脑是辅助。
所以，20B的AI DC = 15b DC + 5b的超级电脑。我个人觉得这个模式，比较合情合理。

假若单单超级电脑就花费20b，这就让超级电脑的服务成为主角，而DC成为配角。我个人质疑这个模式，因为
目前还未看到YTLP为了建设这超级电脑而进行贷款的新闻。YTLP为了建设DC，是有向本地银行贷款的。第二，要透过一个超级电脑的服务来回本20b，这充满挑战。第三，假若为了拉动DC的业务，另外再投资额外的20b，是本末倒置。

隔壁家有几个DC reits。这些DC reits证明了，DC是可以制造长久的丰厚盈利（若都租得出去）。这些应该是YTLP的DC的主要目标。

至于AI所能制造的盈利，目前的资料就几乎没有。未来应该会有机会看到更多这方面的资料。

Every yr in msia, there r a few GWS as super A1 stocks.

Last yr 2023, there were 3.
PERTAMA crashed, followed by
RAPID n 2 of sitiawan kaput completely this week.

YTLP get the loan to start the 15b DC in Kulai construction earlier than mar 2023.
The local bank no need to wait for YTLP mkt cap reaching for 28b or more to lend out money.

Im still wondering, share price go down mainly because of the share price is too high? or the profit of the company is getting fewer and fewer?

Im still wondering, why Nestle still maintain its hunderd over and refuse to come down?

最近的趋势
1. 股价这三天共升了超过60仙。PE也逐渐迈向10。可能是市场先生开始合理地对待YTLP也说不定。过去的股价，确实是严重地被低估了。

2. 根据去年的经验，YTLP会在第三季以及第四季派息。这情况已经持续两年。今年会一样吗？没答案。在全年派息两次之前，是一年派息一次，在更久更久的之前是每季派息。

3. YTL CEO有说过：YTL注意是YTL，FY24及FY25，每年派息1B的数额。差不多是YTL的每股9.5仙。不过，就没有对YTLP的派息说过什么。好消息是，YTL的派息，有一大程度是依赖YTLP的派息。既然YTL能拿1B出来派息，而且连续两年，那么YTLP的派息数额是必须跟上的。若YTLP在FY24有40仙的EPS，以40%的派息率来算，16仙股息是可行的。只是，若参考去年FY23的派息率，FY24派16仙的股息，可能性就蛮低的。不过纸上盈利，已经大大淡化了低股息的影响。

对于想一贴就概括了解此公司的人，这一贴提供一些基要的资料。

Few points taken from 1QFY24 (28/11/2023)
1. The PAT by PowerSeraya is much more beyond my expectation reaching 850m. This will be the key reference for coming quarter.

2. Water segment is improving, and I can expect next quarter to break even.
The higher revenue was contributed primarily from continued improvement in trading and new contract. (when the new contract become more and more, the profit will keep rising.)

3. Telecommunication segment, hope for the best next quarter. (maintain my own assumption, -50m for coming quarter)

4. Investment segment, hope Jordan side could do better. (if no surprise, 100m will be expected for coming quarter)

5. Total of 900m for next quarter.
6. TOTAL LIABILITIES: improve from 42,731,135k to 40,405,131k
7. Cash and cash equivalents: improve from 7,322,936k to 8,140,521k.
8. There was no dividend paid during the current financial quarter. (so sad)

PowerSeraya 的业务的高盈利稳定性会持续到至少FY2025。这是YTL CEO的预告，可信度超高。

YTL的营业诚信以及透明度是蛮健康的。我打从2017就已经持有YTLP，而且是全买。根据多年的追踪此公司的新闻以及发展，此公司是一间务实、努力、精明、持续派股息的公司。最糟糕的时刻，还派出高达80%总收入的股息，这令人感动。

根据以上几点，未来FY24以及FY25，每一季EPS维持10仙或以上是可行的。所以，有投行认为TP可以达Rm3.90不是梦。这是根据若市场给YTLP PE10的评价，全年40仙EPS，就等于股价Rm4。

以下几点，是可以进一步提升盈利的新业务。这几项新业务若成功，是可以让股价进一步突破每季EPS10仙的。
1. 位于柔佛古来的数据中心。这是公司重大的投资之一。是可以提供客观的收入。只是目前有关数据中心的盈利能力，因为业务太新，所以是未知数。第一期即将在来临3月开始营业。

2. AI数据中心。这个业务也非常新，盈利能力也是未知数。2024年年中会开始营业。

3. Rawang的WTE。已经是属于YTLP得标，不过还在等待全面批准的过程中。

4. 新加坡PowerSeraya有潜能从马来西亚进口再生能源。目前进口着100mw。大马政府会对出口的细节，作出公布。这要耐心等待，因为大马的效率一向来不太快。

5. 数码银行。YTLP和SEA公司合同一起得标大马5间数码银行的其中一间。目前这业务还未有任何进一步的新闻被发布。

6. MLFF，原本是有YTLP的子公司YTL Comm来开发次业务。不过面对质疑和被挑战，所以，这业务目前处于不明朗状态。

7. 最新的消息，英国的房地产Brabazon project在停顿几年之后，终于重启了。

8. 入股Ranhill 20%的股份。

Data are keep in different format, different file type. Not easy to compile.

If you decide to sort all related detail out for someone, example ex-PM, it will not be a problem.
But, if you want to do the similar to all Malaysian, that's impossible without the help of AI.

At the moment, for sure AI still under construction, and completion for phase 1 had been set as mid 2024.

You are correct with PMX need an AI which conduct in bahasa.
The interesting point is, PADU semua dalam bahasa, takde pilihan untuk bahasa lain, pure malay. Is it unusual?

“但是，更重要的是网站的准入，PADU将由公务员处理，以避免第三方进入网站，侵害数据安全。”

希望PADU是租用YTLP的AI数据中心，来进行发展。所以PADU成不成功，理不理想，基本上是跟数据中心无关。YTLP只提供储存、计算服务。当然，当PADU成功，租约是有机会延长及加大。

I'm guessing, the AI in Kulai, is build for our government, especially phase one.
PMX will use this AI to generate all info needed to launch his "precision subsidy".

With the help of AI, all assets, cash, dividend received, rental, etc hold or earn by someone will list down completely if AI can access to all related data base. AI is very capable to sort these things out.

With the launching of “centralize of all invoice or receipt”, AI will know or even predict how much you can earn in a year.

With the help of cashless transaction, every transaction will be transparent.

Conclusion, no way to hide, black economy will be reduced.

By using this supercomputer, the government will save money through "precision subsidy".
Hope by providing supercomputer service, YTLP could generate decent profit.

@Drogon328, It is reasonable and achievable to predict 10 cents per share for coming quarter. Furthermore, the CEO of YTL said before, the profit of PowerSeraya will last for a least until the end of FY2025. So, HLB prediction will be more accurate if compare to others.

There still some huge investment is occurring, still not sure will these investments drag down the total EPS or not.
1. PowerSeraya is building another 4mw solar power in Singapore.
SINGAPORE: YTL PowerSeraya (YTLPS) will invest more than S$5mil to expand the amount of solar power generated at its Pulau Seraya Power Station to 5MWp (megawatt-peak) by September 2024, up from the existing 1MWp.

2. YES is taking up it's stack in DNB.

3. DC in Kulai still under construction.

4. Supercomputer in Kulai should be under construction.

5. Noe sure YTLP do make some provision for starting up its digital banking business or not.

i have look through the PADU website, no other language option, only in bahasa. Actually it is quite unusual, maybe this will be the new start up for the new normal for Malaya.
