Bursa should issue UMA query to this counter, how come the share prices sharply rise and never stop everyday?

Bursa Securities has issued an unusual market activity query to Flonic Hi-Tec Bhd due to its recent sharp rise in price and high volume in Flonic’s securities.

Bursa Securities has issued an unusual market activity query to Flonic today. I think Sumatec should get UMA query from Bursa as well.

Why Bursa do not issue UMA to this counter since its share prices shot up almost everyday?
