联营的条件是 Ecoworld要拿管理权，虽然股权不够UEMS大，但是还没有merge成功的原因是因为这个

负债的问题不是大问题，2020开始到2024将会是最多现金回流的时候，2021开始就是Help2own收回买家现金的时期

uems 在2018年的时候，debt gearing ratio也是在0.65
