For the gold price, we all know the currency of Malaysia is ringgit and the gold sold takes the price of gold in usd as reference. The gold price has been surged from around 1000usd to 1200usd now. If you look at the chart at goldprice.org after you convert the currency to MYR, you can see that gold price in MYR is now around rm5100 per ounce which is very close to the top of gold price at year 2013 and I believe the gold price will continue to rise due to the uncertainty of the current share market in global.
