Structure wise... the Concession holder awarded Company A to do the mining. Company A then gave it to Company B. Company B then award it to Company C... & Company C is Nice. Nice will take 70%...& the 30% balance to the 3 parties. What do you guys think?

@kk7198... I always find career advancement opportunities in the UK are far better than Australia. Tax rate are high but Australia is even higher. Irish passport are better as they can travel into EU without filling forms. Great place to travel... but not so currently though. Weak ringgit again
