This counter is a crap. A lot of hot air...but actually nothing. They are brokers, hope that they can get rid of more prime mrcb property and got sufficient to pay higher dividend. Dividend is their concern....they must utilised whatever to pay higher dividend....

Forget about this counter, its dead. The management know only to sell. They came from broker background. One by one selling off MRCB good and prime assets. After the assets gone...and they have made their money, they wll be gone too. MRCB share may become penny stock like in early 2000.
Why they exchange a over RM1 bil contract for LRT2 with a piece of land in Brickfield is anybody guess. Disaster in the making.

Forget about this counter....a lot of hot air, then it puncture, How did they managed to sell Lotus Terrain to DMIA, with a promise of double tracking. Double tracking agreement was not even signed. Once the authority knows that shareholder changing hand, they may cancel the award!. Crooks in the working...

It will not die, but the share price may become penny stock. No new project launch this year....only completing the project that is on going. All this project is started by previous management. The present management knows only to sell....they are brokers......Duke sold, Platinum sold, Nu Sentral is up for sale, Sooka Sentral is up for sale.....more in the pipeline for sales. Ha ha ha....warn you some 8 month ago....Too much political plays with the shares. No support from LTH the price will drop like flies. Free floats share are too large for Malaysian to swallow. From my analysis, the profit comes from the project that has started years ago (before the current mngt) and it started to bear profits. THERE IS NO NEW PROJECT OR LAUNCHES. Future earning is bleak.
From grapevine in MRCB....MRCB have lost five projects proposed to the govt recently. They have lost govt favour.

In normal circumstances GLC will be supported if it has some national interest to protect. MRCB has no project with National Interest.

I am stated my opinion here. After some research on the new management (to determine worth investing or not), I discover the similarities with MAS. To certain extent it follows MAS on recovering the share price and exit. Another coincidence... is the Share Price....why it is being supported at RM1.60? It seems that the entry cost for the new mngt is at RM1.60. The price must be supported at that level.....the rest you can make it up.

MRCB is a dead stock....its stays there for sometime and follow MAS footsteps. What the new management do exactly like what MAS did when Idris Jala helm MAS. Get rid of good assets to show profit, improve the stock price for awhile and exit.....Idris Jala takes 3 years to do that, MRCB new mngt is much more efficient....will do it in 2 years.
MRCB assets that is on sale as well as sold since the new mngt takes the company....Duke highway, EDL, Platinum Sentral, Sooka Sentral, Nu Sentral, Menara Shell. Even MRCB Tech is up for sale. Any new project launches? None. Any new business in the core businesss? None. Some pieces of land that is ripe for development will be sold as well.
All these project are kept in MRCB during the previous mngt is to create a recurring cashflow and REITS it when its ready. No need to buy others REITS.
I have said enough. Please do your own research.
