Calvin. U are right. I can read financial very well. Sone still not understand cash payout. Pmcorp is giving cash payout not mui. Mui is the receiving end. So even mui had huge carried forward losses. Is ok for pmcorp to give cash out. In the book of mui at company level. Mui's investment in pmcorp will be treated as investment in subsidiary company. Once cash is paid to mui. The so called investment will decrease in value and cash account will increase. Tak percaya pergi tanya u punya financial advisor or accountant. Initially l play this counter on short term basis. After joining this forum and analysing its balance sheet then i started to accumulate the shares. No doubt calvin'comment is too bullish. But he has the point. I am not blindly listening to calvin.

Mike. Some counter l also play short term just like u. Use stock psychology. I am a swing trader. For pmcorp i keep. My average price is 26 sen. I dont have 5mil as claimed by u. Never invest in one basket even how good the company is

U have to understand debit and credit. Capital and reserve are credit side. Cash is debit side. If u reduce cash u have to reduce capital. The cash is now with subsidiary company. When mui receives cash pm corp will reduce its capital. But for mui. Its capital is intact but now it has extra cash. With the cash it can pay debt.cost of borrowing will go down and share price will go up. For long term i am comfortable to invest in pmcorp as mui borrowings is too high. Not sure whether it can realise its hidden assets.
