I purposely highlighted year 2009 annual report to show 2 things
1. To show that Talam lands listed then are already in individual title and not from a master title
Why? Answer: A master title is just one big piece undivided into subplots Usual practice in holding agricultural land plots
Whereas when you see a master title that has been subdivided into each and separate small units then you know the land usage has already been changed to either residential, commercial or industrial or a combination of 2 or more
So a land record with individual Sun plots like Talam has is more valuable
1. To show that the land is desirable for better and higher value use than just agriculture
2. To also highlight that Talam land value was worth Rm637 millions just for one piece
Now in year 2019 they just lumped all the lands as one and also depreciated the price to less than Rm200 millions
So anyone who is careless and fail to investigate will not be able to see that Talam has deep hidden value
