90% of CHIPS made does NOT required 7nm and BELOW. Of course HP, SuperComputers, etc can have ALL the LATEST tech. But NOT REQUIRED .Generally ........ IoT , 5G , Robotics, AI , Cloud , Autonomous vehicles, etc can used 10Nm and Above without any Significant down grade to performance. Anyway Morse Law mean that 1nm chips will be the END of its generation. Look into Graphene Chips which will be the NEXT generation of CPU. Those "Investing BILLIONS" into new Foundries(Silicon)will be ...."bankrupt"within the next 5-9 years.
