Hopeless state! Like i said many times, Sabah is lost cause! Please i3, don't write anything about Sabah! Just a waste of time! After my last visit 4 years ago, all i can say is, please invest in such garbage state! Overprice property with zero returns, as Sabah only has 200k local chinese and no rich neighbours! I mean, why promote such lousy state with you can make triple returns in Johor, Penang or KL at much lower entry property prices!

Very low vaccination rate only tell us that Sabah is very backward state! Very low vaccination rate means that you can be infected with unknown variants out there! I mean, Sabah is very close to Phillipines and Indonesia which have very high variants!
