I dont think it can reach 0.25 unless when the property division starts kicking in.
My av. is 0.118 and TP- 0.165. Once the private placement deadline is due, I will start to dispose. Now still waiting for magical moment from our wizards.

Belum lagi. Private placement exercise is still not over yet. Then, we have shares buy back again.
My advice is as long the return is greater than FD savings, we shall not be too greedy. I will dispose when TP is reached, +0.025 to go.
