Ivan89, I do not have share in Jag but my friend,bruce551133 seems to be very active here. Arca sales gallery is in Taman Sentosa main road,near Nsk. Jag has two factories in Berjaya Park which is about a few km from here.I will let you know the sales response if I go there this weekend.

All in, there are 117 units of modern office suites n two residential towers of 238 units of condominium.According to marketing staff there,20% of Tower C have been taken up.Nice designed but quite pricey for Klang's standard.Location in Taman Sentosa is not so good.

Abandon ship bros. This counter is hopeless. It was used to be a profitable counter as the shareholders will gore g every year in the hope to squeeze retail investors. Since last year, they have stopped and causing dull or no uptrend movement in share price.

the majority share-holders' modus operandi - press down the price to the lowest level possible, then issue pp n esos shares to cronies n themselves, meanwhile accumulate as much as they can at the bottom, then oni push up the price to distribute their shares. They wont lose.
