NovaMSC is in software business ... Oil price not dat severe impact on Nova ... Clients will still need to buy or upgrade software ... Especially to cut costs & enhance business efficiency to counter-balance & mitigate adverse effects of depressed oil prices ...

And then also, becos of oil price issues more people get sick ... From work stress lah, business gone down lah, personal income reduced lah, total domestic income insufficient lah, blah blah blah, etc. etc & end up going to hospital for treatment ... Including both gov & private hospitals ...

Therefore Nova hospital equipment software products get more in demand by core customers ...

Nova plan to buy another 31 % of CNA . Total up 51% to control CNA. Good News!!!

（吉隆坡18日訊）榮騰科技（NOVAMSC，0026，創業板科技組）建議透過綜合50%現金及新股方式，耗1千萬令吉增購CNA發展私人有限公司的31%股權，將總持股增至51%，掌握控制權。

另外，該公司也建議私下配售20%新股；假設發售價為每股10仙，預計可籌集介於1千192萬4千至1千550萬2千令吉，主要將用作營運資本和融資購股所需資金。

榮騰科技透過文告說，CNA發展是家涉足綜合控制、自動系統和資訊科技方案的公司，公司去年11月剛完成收購CNA發展的20%股權，當時已進行了精密審核，並發現擁有控制權可帶來更多協同效益，才決定再增購31%股權。

該公司補充，公司將以500萬令吉現金和4千545萬4千股股票代價，換取CNA發展額外31%股權。

完成收購和私下配售後，股本最多將從目前的5億5千零78萬6千股，擴大至9億3千零13萬5千股。（星洲日報／財經）
