Maybe 3-4 months, is it? I think you always buy when the volume is peaking and just about to come down.. times like now when no one is buying and low volume is the right time to observe and get in when its about to move again.
The price of Symlife has been in a tight range for some time, if it has found its support at current level, then it stable for now, and there will be a time when it start its ascend again. It has its value that may attract predators, sharks, etc.
I have invested in LCTH long ago. Sad to say I lost money. I believe the management is slow to catch on with current trends of it type of business, so I wont be looking into it.
tan1868, then when can Symlife start to climb like Mitra? Firebird2, sharks had been leaving Mitra, no point for me to reenter now. How come u so interested in Symlife? I struggling to get myself out of here while u rush in this counter?
My interest is because its much undervalued. If you look at the surface, theres just nice PE, good earnings, lots of projects, good management, will have nice balance sheet. But underlying it, it has undiscovered jewels. I am a investor, not much of a contra player or short term trader. I wish to invest in companies which price is attractive enough, (to have a safety margin? )and that has values and will grow its business. The share price will reflect what it.
Symlife have many project on going and going to start, but the problem is how strong is the property market. Recently see many of the property industry share drop.
Sometimes we get to read reports that property transactions are reduced and so on. Bear in mind too, population is every growing. Reduced transactions does not mean demand is not there. There is always demand. Other reasons comes in. If one don't have a house, he wants to buy one, when he has one, he wants two, he wants retail lots, shops, eventually if he is able to, rows of it, condos, blocks, etc etc
NTA bcome RM1.99 already, dividend increased to 6 cents. I will hold tightly my Symlife-wb, u all faster come & grab Symlife mother share so that u can receive ur dividend.
