All down to management... The new management is just great.... Good Dividend, Free Warrant and new ways to expand the business. I believe the mgmt also got other businesses besides gloves. I think they're concentrating on gloves now...strike while the iron is hot. Should have moved all the 2nd tier to Comfort earlier...
If a few companies producing the same thing, it really comes down to who is the better management. Based on what I have been observing, comfort has the best management.
In their QR, they also mention ASP is up but net profit margin didn't go up much because they rewarding the staff with some money. This is sign of good management that can strike a great balance. Unlike top glove, with their questionable labour issues.
Dato Lau inform they have give the best to shareholders. Warrants, dividens, and good result. But still he dont know why all runway. He predict softening of ASP will happen this year thats why early 2020 the company increase ASP not drastically which 5-10% per month and new cust only
The management is getting better and Supermx/TG can learn from Comfort. I think Comfort will lead the gloves sector going forward like it did in April this year. Very bullish
Company have produced very good financial result and will pay good dividend but share price up or down decided by IB and trading syndicate ,nowadays quiet a number of counters trade at P.E 3 and below ,on the other hand, some counters trading at P.E -200 above with big volume daily. So it's an indication that market don't follow P.E ratio financial theory ,it depends on syndicate play and IB position .
Last year IB lost a lot money to market through call warrant issue and this is the time they must cover back the lost money from retailers ,so they will not push the price high for retailers to make money and run away from market and having no advantage in the game play therefore syndicate won't jump in to join the play. This is the reality of market trading strategy----Zero Sum Game lol.............
I have said earlier KLSE is a different share market where share price up or down depends on IB position and syndicate attitude. Most of the time share price movement not related to reasonable P.E ratio ,it could be ranging between as high as -400 above to as low as 2.58 which is not permissible in any other market.
Company make a lot of money, share price down, P.E ratio extremely low. Learn a lesson !!!
Even enter at this low price and if IB and syndicate stay side line, there is no guarantee that there will be a rebound sooner or later ! At this junction ,IB wanted to recover back last year lost money because they lost a lot on low converted price call warrant ticket. Please be careful ,think twice before you buy !!!!
Ya Beltland... it will be sidelined until another reoccurring Covid news which will come this Fall season. Gloves remain a popular sector... cycle of crazy will come.
Today selling may mean some of the retail investors don’t want the warrants ( ex date is 23 June); whereas the market seems like slow to showed the threats by Delta variant n the rising cases in U.K. n Bangladesh, maybe Spain n Portugal as well ... Many retail investors only want to goreng short term but lack of understanding towards news in the market ... With quarterly profit of 210 million, even though next quarter earn 140-150 million , financial year of 21 still able to earn more than 400-420 mil ... PE of below 3 for financial year 21 n maybe PE of 7-8 for FY2022... The slow to give views brokerage houses maybe too pessimistic after April - May of this year... Recovery in Malaysia n South East Asia will be slow due to not enough supply of vaccines n slow vaccination rate....
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Bursacasino Agreed! Very understanding directors especially to those who are still trapped high. Wonder which other companies' directors do that!
