Gkent n Sunway is at new low 1 year share price ....this is because bad construction sector sentiment....we are unsure when PH government will start to do all these mega projects...till then sentiment will be continue bad

AA is also near share price low ...due to high oil price now ...but the prospect is good ...if u can hold long term

2 main points for GKENT to good prospect or share price rebound

1. PH government continue do these mega projects n GKENT get the contract
This is unlikely I think for this short term

2. Smart water meter system ....this will take few years to show profit to GKENT .....also need wait

So in short ..GKENT prospect look bleak

Surely LRT 3 cost will scale down.. but similar like mrt2 scenario - markup then scale down and claim save billion dollar..

Open tender only involved underground job which worth 16 billion and direct impact to Gamuda. cccc jv Gkent only involved 1billion in mrt 2 job, if give discount 20% and still worth 800million. Government doing cost saving but I trust contrac is not under value, profit still there, no need to sad. What I concern is whether they tendering any new metering/ engineering job from our/ others country , at least can bring good news to investor prove that they can survive and keep growing.
