Corrections.. BJCorp not VT as owns 85% of BJLand? Interesting to note that VT owns 56% of BJCorp...so what benefits VT will also benefit minority after the offer to convert to BJCorp shares?
when is the agm ? not decided yet since they drag the annual report to 2 month later? when would be the annual report out ? damn, rarely that piss off buying a share.
Leong1982, BJLand has a net debt of approximately 1.5 billion after BJToto's debt is excluded from its balance sheet. You shouldn't simply cite its cash while ignoring the debt in hand!
Bettyem, if I were not wrong, HR Owens is OWNED by BJToto. So, when you value BJToto @26 sens a share, you can no longer include HR Owen into valuing BJLand.
Leong1982 But bro, just a simple calculation.
Value of BJTOTO is RM0.26 per share
In addition, the RM800 mil cash BJLand has now is RM0.16 per share.
It's definitely undervalued. 29/07/2019 3:05 PM
Bettyem Let's hope somebody sells it down to 16 sens so that we ends up with the following? # BJToto valued @26 sens per share # FS Kyoto valued @15 sens per share as half belongs to BJLand? # GMOC arbitration valued @6 sens per share? # That not even counting it's property & HR Owens assets and extensive landbank locally & overseas? # Also most major impairments has be accounted for, so no more surprises? 29/07/2019 3:48 PM
Bj Land KLS Macquarie Bank Ltd. (Private Banking) AS OF 18 JUL 2018 246.00m 4.92% PENTA Investment Advisers Ltd. (Hong Kong) AS OF 05 MAR 2019 166.19m 3.32% Dimensional Fund Advisors LP AS OF 31 MAY 2019 21.96m 0.44% Dimensional Fund Advisors Ltd. AS OF 30 NOV 2018 709.73k 0.01%
The Foreign investor holding at Bj Land can be found from Bj Land : KLS, profile
From the above, can confirm that there are total of 435.5 mil, 8.70% bj land were held by foreign. Therefore, the balance of float shares in present marlet is only 328.66 mil, 6.62%.
While everyday there are transaction of 10 mil to 20 mil shares, the turnover is shall calc as : 10mil/328.66 mil = 3.0% 20mil/328.66 mil = 6.0%
From the past two months deal, we can see from the trend that there are all left hand to right hand. They method is press out those in-confidence share holders from it's empire.
At first, we cannot understand why the syndicate like to take over from all the hardcore holders? 1. However from the result we could conclude that there are still not so hardcore holders who has surrendered to them. 2. Historical result shown that, Bj Land had push up from 70c to RM6.00 in 2007-2008; Present day, as low as 17.0c (x4 to compare to before share split), how high it can go? 3. If it can push up to, say at the previous high of RM6.80, which is RM1.70 after split. 4. Which means, every share they buy back from "non-hard core" share-holder, the return is 900%. 5. Wow ! 6. Now we shall see why, why the price will drop like spiral even having with the good Q4 result. 7. Furthermore, have you noticed that this is the only quarter result not appear in any of the press financial news. Will it come with special intention from the board?
lol u all know laulau? i just glanced thru that link almost died from laughter, lucky i never read that back in Mar 2018 or not confirm OD and die until have to beg misai for some land to bury myself in
hope u will have the last laugh, for the sake of long-time suffering holders here, from lows of 33 sen until today 17 sen.. at least give some insights why its now n not never...
like your nice charts, good quality presentation ! but so far, tak jadi one...hahaha..
thanks all for sharing some news of bjland. seems like this bjland still with many retailers. other hotter stock like sapura armada or genm not that many different individuals leaving comment.
I just read what laulau wrote. well , bro , the time u wrote assume is 0.30, now 0.17. well, again, it doesn't make sense. of we really unlucky, maybe u can rewrite again when bjland at 0.10, which u can say 0.17 is dirt cheap.
What it means is the VT syndicate has been very active for this few months? They have been using influencers who masquerade as minority & used loss leaders to influence/manipulate the market direction even when it's clear cut that the company is recovering and making profits. But at the end of the day nothing is given out for free. Anything done be must for a purpose, the syndicate will recoup their investment soon?
Points to ponder? * VT has been selling assets for a profit lately * He also pondering to sell more assets like FS Kyoto for profit * He or his family has been going for overseas biz trips almost weekly? * Also most of the major court cases concerning compensation for BJLand will have an outcome by EOY? * Umobile will be listed latest 2020 & VT already stated his intention to list BJLand's hotels on SGX * VT also has been on a lookout to acquire profitable hotel biz for his empire through BJLand in line with his listing plans on SGX?
Privatised or delisted will be option. Singapore listed can, but Singaporean more smarter & yes you should make sure tender out dividend or no liquidation happened like Malaysia.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
