i tot i'd collected at the lowest already... divhunter even lower... salute... yeah me same, am collecting for div only... wonder why people scare when it fly and still giving out div... :)
SC, if really look for dividend, then you should aim for Hevea, better dividend yield. Homeriz current dividend yield only at around 3%, only aim to buy-in when the price is below 0.90.
Thanks Dylan, my dividend from Homeritz stand at 5.7% which seems quite high to me already... and i also in HEVEA when it hit 1.3 months ago? and yeah, i saw divhunter was there also... LOL
I have Liihen, JayCorp and Homeriz on hand and today I collected Hevea too. I feel that 2nd half year will be good year for those furniture making exporter :)
yes Patrick, same to me but am just more on long term... ve been keeping homeritz for more than a year d... got the feeling this has the pattern like OKA that i kept long ago since 0.9 till now... :)
agree Patrick, this should be the right way to invest. ignore the daily fluctuations if you thinks this is a good counter for long term. However we should buy more, when it keep dropping for no reason, when you know the company well with good management rite... Homeritz' QR is so simple to read and i like its biz model as am noob in looking at the QR with too many things to concerns.
Like what I said, I have Liihen, JayCorp, Homeriz and Hevea on hand now, I can top up anytime if find out either one counter price is on weakness. This is most simple & efficient investment as these counters are all good fundamentals and strong cash flows.
Truekah? Why May QR still not out? Or too bad so dare not show early?

Another good furniture stock to hold. Q result will be out next week. Expected sales increase, earning increase n dividen payment also increase. Share price will go up.
Good result and registered highest quarter top revenue again. Even USD may continue weaken in second half year, Homeriz can benefit from ban of rubberwood export to offset the rising wages and other operating costs.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
