Is anybody here. I still don't understand why wa would down since the mother up. There is explanation above, but I still can't catch it. It drops so much for wa and does it worth to buy in?
There are not much i could learn from the profile though. cck321. sure i will notice it in a few days to see it's movement first. cck321 did you hold zecon-wa?
based on the strike price of RM1.06 and a conversion ratio of 1 to 1, the warrant is trading at 89% premium to its price of 22 sen... (RM1.06 + RM0.22 = RM1.28 whereas the mother share is only RM0.74 today)
people usually play warrant with no intention of exercising it.. that's why you can see the price is more than the mother share... in zecon's case, the players went 'crazy buying' and drove the price to extreme high
they are trying privatise bcos zecon got lot of projects in hand and also nta of 1.20cts.they just want to unlock the value by buying cheap annd later probably relisting it.bloody crooks
not really understand.. if they wanna privatise, i believezecon wa would gone right, and they would at least pay 5 sen to every shareholders? how about etitech that happened recently, they had been delisted. would they be relisted again anytime soon?
richman are u not happy with the privatisation offer? zecon's share is not liquid before the announcement, barely any movement. now lot of trading interest plus they are giving premium of 17% (based on closing price yesterday RM0.68). beats saving in FD anytime!
beginner: if you bought zecon wa yesterday at 0.22 then the owner said he wants to buy at 0.05, would you cut loss as well? once the deal is on, there will be no exercise at all. you will only get 0.05 for every wa u own. that's 77% loss.. adoi
today i experienced penny stocks are really volatile.. well a lesson for me.. the news change everything. wonder how those zecon-wa shareholders facing right now.
usually deal will take two months unless they want to extend the offer. to beginner if you want to know more about the deal, you can read news about ingress (extended but gain success), or misc (aborted because shareholders rejected). misc's price dropped heavily after deal fell thru
if the deal is on.. they are going to privatise, from my own understanding.. their shares zecon would be delisted.. so every shareholders would be given 80 sen per share. am i right? So it is great opportunity to go in zecon right =.=
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
