Also, ...Borneo Oil said it has granted a total of 747.97 million ESOS options under this existing ESOS, representing approximately 14.56% of the total number of 5.14 billion Borneo Oil shares (excluding 201.58 million treasury shares), at the exercise price of 9 sen per option, as at Dec 11.... real joke 9 sen.

No one will exercise esos at 9 cents now as this is just for show and try to con innocent. TP 4.5_5.5 unless results improve or speculative play as fundamentals remains weak till require private placement.

They need money for their limestone business , tats y use PP to quickly get it up and running. They blow trumpet say they are the only cement and first supplier in sabah foresee a lot of demand coming bcoz or pan borneo.. who dare to whack in more to bet if their “prediction” is true? Maybe share price can 200%

The company has been buying back its shares consistently, meaning it believes its shares are grossly undervalued. Once its new limestone factory starts operation (expected to be soon), we should expect to see its share prices moving up very fast. It has been holding very well at the current level. Don't forget this is part of the larger Hap Seng group.

This is my worst counter, kept this stock since 2016. Lost more than 70%. Already cut some and shift to Netx. Just my two cents worth.

$ stucked in this counter since June 2017 @ RM0.115.
During 2017 - 2019, Had bought in quite a lot during its way down to 0.05.
Only service charges incurred is quite a significant amount.
It is now stuck at RM0.04 - 0.045.
Really dunno how long time it need to move back upwards.
I dun expect to earn too much from this counter.
IF got chance to get back my amount invested, it is really perfect already.

Lets us be more positive and hope it will recover and goes up once their private placement exercise is completed and the new limestone plant in Lahad Datu, Sabah starts commissioning (which they announced will be soon and part of the private placement proceeds is for the plant).

Definitely good especially the new limestone plant. It will be the first and only limestone plant in Sabah, if I am not wrong, and limestone is partly for production of cement. The construction of the Pan Borneo Highway will be a catalyst for cement production.
