If you look at the PE as it is I agree from technical point of view. The PE is base on earnings...and usually reflect the outlook for the next 12 months...but what is reflected is base on what is projected. There are some upcoming big projects which hv not been factor in... don't ask more

wll..Uncle Mat alrdy gave me a >30% run from below 0.80..of course Muhibbah has >50% run up from the same timeframe..it all depends on ur entry point..good luck..
