The sharks... they know amateurs study chart patterns. Sometimes... when the chart says sell, they buy and when the chat says buy... you guessed it... they sell.

Share base too big, Fatty Liew not aggressive in price up, perhaps he is still in the penny stock circles, has no motive to upgrade the company.
Despite Bloomberg and CNBC came out news as ARBB is one of the lowest undervalue Tech Stocks, with Deloitte namely the best Tech stock in Malaysia, the prices are moving in opposite directions.
If these stock is in US Nasdaq, its already surge at least 300% overnight..
Look at Bursa, no foreign investors presence, just depends on few institutions n sharks, ARBB be forever penny stocks, until one fine days, foreign fund come in.

It was trading below .35 for the longest time. Then it was trading below .38 for the longest time. Now it looks like it will trade below .41 for the longest time...

If that's not an uptrend I don't know what's an uptrend.

Buy on 15 May n wait till 31 May - 5 June.
If superb QR announced, I don't know when, could be 3rd or 4th week of May, then push to June lor
Blessed hard.
From now to 15 May, no Hari Raya Ang Pau as Fatty Liew remains in penny stock circles and no intention to upgrade his counters.
Ageson, super undervalued, like old cock cannot move

But Fatty Liew have appetite with penny stock circles Dato Sr n Dato friends only, so he remains in that circle. Until one day he meet up some Tan Sri Dato Sri etc who enlighten him on goodness of billionair club, otherwise like Ifasjais said till next QR, or longer longer times, the most will be 41 cents lor.
If foreign funds can buy heavily, I think they will. But everyday is left to right without big motives in price to comfort shareholders then it stays below 0.40 for another month, hopefully no MONTHS

For example, today. You notice huge buy queues? That's probably ARBB company queuing to buy. This is to ensure a "sane" market for ARBB shares, when sharks are selling (pushing the price down by selling to the buy queues).

If ARBB does not place huge orders to buy (queue), the price will ding dong like yoyo.

The company is not interested, cannot, must not, push up it's share price but it can and should, try to keep the market for it's share price, calm.

I can see ARBB the company doing just that... keeping the market for it's share price calm.

Arbb is net cash company not like a London biscuit which is high debt, negative cash flow where it needs to get loan from bank to sustain its operation.

Arbb has high receivable too as mainly it is putting a lot monies into JV. The JV is still at early stage it is too early to jump to any conclusions. Take note also it’s revenue increase a lot in last quarter in tandem with increase of receivable. Well we need to keep an eye on this but this need not become the only factor for comparison with London biscuit at this moment.

Bare in mind that London biscuit revenue dropped year to year but its receivables kept increasing year per year and double up in 5 years with very little or almost no written off.

Half of receivable of Arbb is in the age of 6 to 7 months. it is not warranted for write off yet. Just keep monitoring it. Be rational not to jump it and 100% liken it to London Biscuit. There is a lot discrepancies between both.

Arbb is asset light company ( involve in ERP, software and IoT) not like London biscuit which need huge capital to buy machine and setup factory to produce biscuit. The joint venture of Arbb has seen increasing in receivable and make it become huge percentage in total asset due to its business nature of light asset as mentioned above

London biscuit defaulted due to unable to pay back the bank loan. This then triggered into liquidation.

Avoid high debt negative cash flow companies because they can "go under" very quickly.

If ARBB debts start to pile up and cash flow starts to deteriorate, I'll be the first to dump my ARBB shares.

Similarly if they start making "provisions for bad debts" I'll dump the shares.

Arrb VS London biscuit

Net cash position with more cash added from coming conversion of ICPS VS high debt and operation sustained by borrowing bank loan which finally lead to default and liquidation

Receivable not warranted for write off yet VS receivables warranted for write off but it almost not happen due to mismanagement

High receivable increase in tandem with increase of revenues and due to new joint venture VS revenue drop but receivable kept increasing over the years

Posted by influenza19 > 2021-04-25 13:13 | Report Abuse

I would wait for next QR, if the trade receivable keep piling up and there no improvement with net cash (meaning company cannot collect some of the trade receivable)... I would be worried. Need to reflect on my investment in this counter.

Anyone joined AGM last week and question about receivables in details?

Half of receivable now categorised under non current asset. If all of this non current receivable coming from joint venture?Anyone channeled similar question to management during last week AGM?
