reassessing a judgement quantum is Not a trial. For me it is just a second opinion from a learned
judge but it carries alot of weight later.
Therefore, both parties are doing their best to object each other itemise claim in case management.
It takes time.....if it ends in deadlock. You got it, a Judge take over------it will end for sure.
