i dont understand why people keep selling their stocks at low price... we all know that oregon need to buy another 300000 lot for them to reach 50% of denko shares in 21 days... So why sell at low price? Dont sell, either you buy and hold... hold until you feel its good to sell with big profit. They are big2 company, they are willing to pay you at any price.. Let it be rm1.50/unit... Then sell as you want..

there are so many possibilities.. maybe they got another deals from oregon that we dont know..

but as we know for now, oregon have to buy more than 50% shares to be able to take over this company.. so it depend on us whether we want to sell at lower price or high price..

look at queue today.. a lot of unit waiting at low price ... who are they that very interested to buy the share? yupp.. maybe oregon's boy..

so just hold or buy more.. price will increase and sell at very high profit..

A few things for consideration before buying.

1) Denko directors are selling at average 0.55. If they are confident for better prices, they would hold lst. Why are they selling at 0.55?

2) Denko had sent out notifications to shareholders to notify conditional voluntary take-over offer dated 2 Feb 2017 by Oregon at 0.55 per share. If they do not wish to sell to Oregon, they shd be holding on to their shares. Is it because they also want to take advantage of Denko recent price hike?

3) The par value of Denko is 0.40 and NTA around 0.54. If calculated at par value of 1.00, Denko value is now 1.35. So, any further upside?

4) P.E. ratio is 26, not cheap by comparison.

yeah anything possible.. but its too early to say that since we have another 18 days before the takeover will take place..

maybe oregon just wanna hold, dont want to play for today, just let the other shareholder to play so that the price will be lower, and its time for them to buy the stock.

as we can see today, not too many trades traded compared to yesterday and 2 days ago. it looks like the oregons boys just hold and wanna see wut will happen if they dont enter the market.

are we going to see moon and sun next week? i think so.. oregons currently held 33% of shares.. they need about 17% more shares.... means if you keep selling your stock, the price will be maintained below 0.7.. and obviously oregons wanna that happen.. they will try to keep the price as low as possible so that they can reach another 17% at lower cost.. and if you keep buying or holding, price will increase to rm1 and above.. then if it is above rm1.. or oregons reached 50%, sell ur shares as u want.. but if you keep holding even after the takeover.. for me i think it is still ok.. since oregons selling their product to china, uk and other europe country.. my TP 3 is 1.60 for this year.. or even high i think if they can manage to increase denko profit each quarter..

I'm a little bit curious, why are they so interested in buying this denko? ATA exports their products to Europe china.. maybe they have some big plan and will announce that after the takeover done.. we will see in this coming week.. hopefully will hear some good news..
