（吉隆坡24日讯）自2018年中美贸易摩擦以来，贸易转移令我国电子代工（EMS）公司长期受惠，分析员认为，电子代工领域现在有3大利好因素支撑其成长，即中美贸易进一步脱钩、旅游禁令带动消费者的电子产品支出，以及全球半导体销售强稳。

丰隆投行分析员表示，他在2018年8月中写了一篇标题为：中国失利或使大马得益的报告，之后的形势发展印证了他的看法。中国外包与制造业吸引力因贸易紧张关系而削弱、劳工成本升高，还有诱人的大马补贴措施及有利外汇，使大马EMS业者从中受惠。

分析员相信，接下来还有3个主题为国内EMS行业荣景带来助力。第1、美中关系恶化；第2、旅游限制推高电子产品消费；第3、全球半导体销售亮眼。

先谈第1点。尽管全球两大经济强国年初签署了首阶段贸易协议，惟双方关系却没有好转，甚至可能因4个地缘政治事件而急速恶化。

这4件事是美国把新冠肺炎蔓延归咎于中国、香港实施国安法、美国制裁华为并威胁把中芯国际（SMIC）列入黑名单，以及贸易检讨延迟。

“基于贸易隐忧因这些因素加速恶化，包括富士康、三星和纬创（Wistron）在内的许多公司都把生产线迁出中国。”

至于第2点。他推测，基于疫情而无法随意旅游的民众，可能会通过电子产品来消遣，从而提振电子产品消费。

世界银行数据显示，2018年全球旅游开销高达1兆6000亿美元（约6兆6579亿令吉）；根据数据机构Statistica公司，同期全球电子产品消费达1兆美元。

“假设有25%全球旅游开销分散出来，那全球电子产品消费将会大幅提高4000亿美元或四成。”

值得一提的是，苹果公司、任天堂与索尼皆趁著这次机会，加速添增产量。

半导体销售大好

再看第3点，今年首7个月全球半导体销售按年扩大5.7%，至2420万美元。半导体及集成电路（IC）都是终端产品的组成零件。分析员估计，需要集成电路的产品，有大约82%会涉及EMS供应链，才制成终端产品。

从大好的销售表现来看，他相信EMS市场将保持强劲，明年前景更乐观。

“我们认为，大马深具吸引投资的优势，而上述3个主题将对EMS行业加分。自中国的订单与生产线多元化会使我国EMS公司长远受惠，因庞大的资本开销要求与漫长且严谨的资格认证过程，会让业者不舍退出。”

另一方面，分析员提到，8月拿下美国大客订单的威铖集团（VS，6963，主板工业股）还正与5位潜在客户积极洽商。倘若成事，该公司计划收购额外40万平方米地皮厂房来应付订单。

他把威铖集团2021年至2022年盈利预测上修9%至16%。维持“买进”投资评级，并把目标价从1.99令吉调高至2.30令吉。

同时，随著母公司纬创投资4500万美元发展大马业务，他看好台湾联友（FPI，9172，主板消费股）可从中得益。消费者对电子产品需求更旺盛，则将惠及开泰（ATAIMS，8176，主板工业股）。
