They can make it at anytime right now . To make money on this counter you need to control your " TULAN " in Hokkien . Still need 25 cents to reach my TP 3.00 or even more . Pmetal memang boleh dan tetap boleh . 25 cents divided by 5 cents ( one week ) so will take 5 weeks time to reach the target price or before the 1 Q 2017 result announcement .
