Johor Paradigm mall revenue and profit will make it to the next quarter earning.. debt will be paired down further and this company with huge civil and construction orderbook have no reason to have poorer financial result next few quarters..

Gearing still so high and if no de-gearing exercise, sure earnings will drop given the scenario that Bank Negara will raise interest rate this year. The rebound and breakout may not succeed.
