Subang skypark is under 60 year concession with Malaysia airport. Wct can use its expertise from its Gateway klia2 which is also under concession 45year to duplicate it to develop subang skypark.
Due to excellent location, close proximity surrounding with residential area, Wct can develop second Gateway in subang skypark to cater not only to airport terminal, but also serve as good catchment visitor from surrounding residence.
