My guest they also try to ensure price low to have white Knight to buy 20% pp. Then price will push higher. But retail already know and in ady. Hard to push down much as retail buy quite big. Only 20% share traded freely can be push downward and upward for easy gain. Other than that, need to publish under announcements under corporate off market trading.
