SMT proposal of RM120 million convertible loan notes in 4 tranches of RM25m,RM25m, RM35 A& RM35m AT 1%p.a interest....which are convertible to a maximum of new 450 million SMT upon issuance....So when 1st tranche of RM25 million notes was issued on 2-2-21, the Subscriber converted about 220 million SMT AT 11.47cts already....So 120-25 notes leave balance of 95....

Last week bought a lot at 0.075, sold 1000 lots at 0.095 on Monday coz price up to 0.100 suddenly, then bought back 2000 lots 0.085 on Tuesday and queue sell 0.095 and 0.100. Lucky today all matched, I queue back 1000 lots 0.090 and 1000 lots 0.085 again. Price push u suddenly is good time to sell, but I want to protect my profit, earn less better than loss. Just dont greedy

Now Operators have to think how to play with remaining 95 million convertible loan notes with 1% p.a against the remaining 228 million SMT out of the 450 million SMT approved by KLSE....if you refer to the proposal sometime back in 26-10-2020, Jacqueline bought at around 27 cts...the 120 million convertible loan notes was convertible into 450 million SMT valued at 26 cts....etc...so look like it may fly to this price hopefully ?
