FJ : Do yourself a favour and look at Sunzen (0148) or even Mulpha (3905) - these are the stocks that are about to break out very soon !! You can make some money there.

For your own sanity - Once and for all - just forget about CSL !!!

According to Bursa ruling the suspension is only one day and it should be lifted up the following day.Then another 6 months will be granted and upon failure to file the a/cs, the delisting procedures will be initiated.Pls correct me if I am wrong.

Why is Bursa so bias,does it have vested interest?By suspension it jeopardises the interest of current investors who will take a criminal action against all the parties including Bursa.

There are rules to observe in the listing. It applies to All companies. Why complaint? Can you imagine if bursa dun take acction what bad effects going to the entire market?

You must be kidding on one day suspension if csl failed to submit AFR timely.

Datuk,it mentioned two parts 1)suspension for one day,lifted the following day 2)Then a grace period of another 6 months,failure to submit the a/cs,then the delisting procedures being initiated under Bursa ruling.There is a difference between a suspension and delisting.

Hi Fj, if the past is any guide, then the suspension will until resubmission of AFR! Normally, the external auditor will be very vigilant after incident like this! After the Authuer Anderson calamity, all auditor sangat kiasu...extremely defensive! Veey pessimistic !

The CFO is a chartered Accountant who has an ethical code of conduct to obey, has declared the existence of RM1.6 bln,then it should be taken on face value.But the prospect is questionable with regard to how much it will recover will depend on how you trust the management.If they continue to declare the dividend and restore the factory to production,then it should be ok.
