Econpile remains optimistic on new job wins both in private-initiated property development projects and also on-going infrastructure projects which are technically challenging in both civil engineering and deep-basement works. With the anticipated waiver of sales and services tax on certain building materials and steel, the outlook of construction sector should remain positive for FY2019.
sales drop due to many holidays (non operating problem)
also the government project scare is not so much as 75% of sales is for private property sector , so PH government pattern like to announce cancel this & that project will not have big impact of ECONPILE , buy more when its panic
in prospect also hint that going forward is not bad
Current government's position is to reduce debt, therefore decline in future project as compared to previous years. Few of my friends in construction industry reported drastic dropped in earnings coupled with rising bad debt.
Prediction almost correct...next week confirm drop below 0.80 because it going down trend...based on TA. Selling pressure so high....all investors also lose hope on this counter. Especially construction counter...all because our Tun M hehehe. Must said thanks to him .b
Yes..my prediction was correct . I mange enter at 0.78....now start rebounding...if drop below 0.70 ..baru cut losses. ...however now I'm at lower risk position.
