It seems that the price action has been rejecting to go lower than 0.135 since 25 Nov '22 and it never closed lower than 0.145 except for on 25 Nov '22 at 0.14.

From my observation, a company may exit PN17 if it shows improvement in its financial performance, which include;

1. Improved profitability (check, EATECH got project from Petronas and many to comes in 2023)
2. Sufficient cash flow (reflect in Q3, and may show improvement in Q4)
3. Reduction of debt (EY is helping the company to get out from this)
4. Increased market capitalization (2023 is bullish for oil and gas industry)
5.Compliance with regulation (at this time, EATECH comply with the regulators)

On the TA view, several indicators may indicate an improving trends and potential exit from PN17 status;

1. MA200, MA50, is below the price consistently.
2. Increased trading volume in months.
3. Consistently reaching new highs and breaking resistance levels.
4. Chart pattern is up trend.

In some cases, a company may exit PN17 status quickly if it demonstrates a significant improvement in its financial performance. Lets hope for the best!
