He could be the conduit for the IPO promotors to flush out the shares in the market. I tend to incline to think so.

I have no idea why acme sky keep on disposing the shares, but if Broadcom is the biggest customer for Fpgroup, its business should be very stable and will become better and better. Which means, now should be the best timing to collect more as for sure the business will better and better

Not to worry lah they are from Elsoft and Dufu people with track record. Price are not sky high from Ipo debut price....thinking if anything so wrong they won't acquire for expansion and do 10% share buy back.

the company fundamental is strong and consider good, but theres no any big surprise. While ppl keep talking abt BROADCOM in Penang, please be aware that the Broadcom who doin business with FPGROUP and written in quarter report is actually the BROADCOM US
