Yeah, Covid has indeed brought so much misery to us! But based on latest EPF savings data, our private sector malaysians, may as well, work until they die standing!
This is because, the huge withdrawal made during Covid has render majority with no savings at all!
Unfortunately, malaysians are not financial savvy! Unfortunately too that private sectors are now letting go of their senior workers and opt for younger and cheaper workforce!
I mean, would you keep one senior who complains all the time and expect salary increase every year or would you hire and sack 10 migrants instead!
