Outcome
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tropicana Corporation Berhad ("TCB"), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Ordinary Resolution in respect of the proposed disposal of Tropicana Gardens Mall by Tropicana Indah Sdn Bhd, an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of TCB, for a cash consideration of RM680,000,000 to IOI Mall Damansara Sdn Bhd was approved by the shareholders of TCB.

The Ordinary Resolution was voted by poll and the result of the poll was validated by Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by TCB. Details of the result of the poll are set out below.
