将与安华见证交换多项谅解备忘录　李强任总理后首次对我国正式访问

（吉隆坡18日讯）中国总理李强于6月18日至20日对马来西亚进行正式访问，他将与首相拿督斯里安华会晤，并见证交换多项谅解备忘录和协议，涉及多个领域。

根据外交部今日文告，访问期间，李强将与首相拿督斯里安华举行双边会晤，讨论双边事务，并就共同关心的地区和全球问题交换意见。

两国领导人还将见证交换多项谅解备忘录和协议，包括数码经济、绿色发展、旅游、房屋及地方发展、高等教育、科学技术以及向中国出口农产品等多个合作领域。

The NIISe contract, worth RM1.16 billion, was awarded to Iris IT Solutions (IITS) in January 2021 for a period of 54 months, starting from March 1, 2021, until August 31, 2025. However, as of March 2023, the project did not achieve adequate progress, leading to a one-year extension to 31 August 2026. Due to the lack of satisfactory project by IRIS, the NIISe contract with IRIS was terminated on 14 August 2023 by the Home Ministry with immediate effect on the same date. Base on the extended timeline to IRIS of August 2026, it would take 3 years to complete the project. Until today, the NIISe project had not been awarded to a new contractor.

Zetrix platform launched in China in 2023 has direct cross-border and cross-chain integration to China’s blockchain platform. This enables Zetrix to serve as a blockchain gateway that facilitates global trade, deploying critical building blocks for Web3 services with a total of 374,255 registered accounts since its launch.
MYEG Services has seen high growth in the Philippines. The first four months of 2024 witnessed a 101% increase in transactions compared to the same period in 2023, indicating sustained momentum and expansion of digital solutions acceptance among stakeholders. This growth is part of MYEG’s broader success, which includes a substantial increase in profits and revenue attributed to its blockchain business, including Zetrix.

With Li Qiang commencing his visit to Malaysia on Tuesday, Maybank IB posits that MYEG’s blockchain-based ZTrade platform could gain substantial traction following the signing of official documentation between Malaysia’s Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Customs China on Wednesday.

ZTrade enables the digitalisation of trade clearance and tariff computation to cut processing time by up to 50%.

"We have yet to impute for potential ZTrade earnings accretion into our forecasts for MYEG, as cross-border trade volume is harder to ascertain (versus publicly available trade value statistics). Similar to MYEG’s Zetrix token sales business, we expect ZTrade’s net operating margins to be in the 90-95% range," Maybank IB said in a note on Wednesday.

At another time, there appeared like it sold at the higher price and bought back at the lower price before the closing.

Government is good at backtracking as Pestech is currently back on Aerotrain Project in JV with IJM. Iris substantial shareholder Dato' Robin's father is TSVT who enjoys good relationship & lobby with present Govt & Royalty. Iris could also comeback into Niise Project through a JV with the successful bidder as Immigration is still using Iris Border Security Management Equipment & Systems. Arbitration with Government on quantum of compensation for Iris on Niise termination is also ongoing? Otherwise why the long delay to announce the successful bidder?

As long as EPF & KWAP keeps on selling supported by IBs who keeps on issuing Call Warrants on a monthly basis, Myeg would not move much. Also we need to see how Myeg deals with it's tax obligations for Zetrix token profit? Income tax may review Myeg's Income declaration for penalties or raise additional tax which will affect its bottom line?
If free, take a look at Iris, Kobay for Tech & DC play or Engtek for Water & DC play as associated with Ranhill & YTL power play. We can always come back later to Myeg after the dividend & share reinvestment plan?
