It is the duty of developers to include detailed plans of the sold unit when selling homes to buyers. The question is: how detailed do they have to be and are developers complying with rules? And where do things like show units and marketing brochures stand when it comes representing the actual property and its surrounding areas? Chang Kim Loong of the House Buyers' Association sheds light on this.

Very obvious that developers are delaying new launches now! Some launches even have only 30% take up rate!
