麥格理銀行（Macquarie Bank）或收購艾力斯（IRIS，0010，創業板科技）4.5%股權，使該股今日在場上交投活絡，閉市平盤報16.5仙，成交量1213萬1800股。

艾力斯今日開始下挫0.5仙或3.03%至16仙，至休市時仍在16仙價位。該股盤中幾度回彈至16.5仙，奈何最終以16.5仙報收。


該公司昨日向馬證交所報備指出，與麥格理銀行簽下認購協議，向它發行1億新股，每股15仙。這是該公司去年11月宣布的私下配售計劃中一部分，預期透過私下配售籌資5169萬令吉用作營運資本、未來業務發展或投資。

艾力斯指出，該公司將會分幾次執行私下配售計劃，而每次的認購股供投資者在12個月內隨時認購。

Why Iris worth to buy now?

1) Macquarie securites had bought Iris share for 15cents per share in November.

2) Iris got a lot of project in recent time for example 1MDB housing project JV with China Company

3) Projected next quarterly will be a bright result

4) The worst had already past. Latest quarterly result post a loss which already reflected in the share price

5) The share price was in support now

I said before.....only next generation of sucker will buy Iris at 24sen. Those potential sucker are now doing their SPM.....buy if you can wait for them.
