Very sorry to hear you got caught by that .. i was only lucky to have sold it prior to the major drop, 2 days before it happened.
Pure luck and when that major drop happen, even though i've sold all, my eyes are glued to screen not blinking, mouse also dunno what to click, finger frozen .. yea i can imagine.

this hibiscs reminds me of sumatec back in Aug2014 .. the kind of drop that makes ppl shit in their pants....

Previously i always trade puts/calls not holding, mostly intra-day or before T+3 i dump, sometimes win some, sometimes burn some.
Those that i burn, found later on they will bounced back, so as usual the thinking "aiya ... should've hold" that sort u know.
So ok la, this time i try to hold since my gut feeling tells me CI won't go anywhere higher from 1710+ ..betting only .. dunno much about those wave A / B/ C etc.

Mana tau yea CI dropped, but this HK oso drop .. really palm on forehead for me again.

this sumatec i bought quite some time back at .165 .. it has dropped since and today it finally up back to this price.
I don't plan to hold on, am letting it go at .165 .. the sell queue are real scary, will need a real big bull to break through those.

i bought earlier C12 @ 0.155, then unload all at 0.175 .. am a little scared of these big swings la abang abang kakak kakak. Made a little bit of money from this one.

Then i observe summore, it shoot up 0.180 straight till 0.195 prior to session break ... the gambling animal inside me is tempting me to chase for 2nd round ... may i ask from some views from abang2 and kakak2 here please?

I am a newbie, just following guts and luck only to be honest, read news, some comments here and there, have app in phone to see KLCI futures movement. That's all i have.
What i don't have are those fancy tools / info, no shark friends either.

Since last Friday till today, below are my trades:
HK - buy last Friday 0.475, sell today 0.440 (run with my life)
H4 - buy last Friday 0.360, sell today 0.390 mix 0.395
C12 - buy today 0.155, sell 0.175
C7 - buy today 0.245, sell 0.240

really trade with own risk .. this is gambling.

Would like to seek opinion from sifus here, within my portfolio, there're currently holding 2 losing stock, each whooping me a 45% paper-loss now. Been hanging on to them for more than 1 year till date.
Both stock at the moment are at their 52-week low, and i seriously don't think they'll be on their way up anytime soon... am really tempted to just close eyes and chop it off, take the remaining money out and put them elsewhere.
I have my eyes set on XingHe and Trive, on which both I'm holding some small volume at the moment, hoping to load more of these 2 soon.

Would it be advisable to make this move?

pretty obvious all the trades so far today are "controlled" ones... the pattern is too coincidental, too constant and too coordinated for tom dick and harry mass public random trades.

jazz0jazz0, if i'm not wrong, this stock already has already elapsed x-date, means if you buy now, you won't get the bonus share. Please check with your bank/trading house to be doubly sure.

If you have already bought before x-date, then you will get of course, the bonus-shares are given to you free. Being it free, it will average down your overall buying price when those gets into your account. My example earlier just based on if you entered at 0.100 prior to ex-date, eventually the averaged down price will become 0.075

Once they're in your account, you can trade them based on whatever current market price is for JADI.

Best is check with your bank / trading account platform people to be very sure on the dates.

Tell them this stock JADI has bonus issue, Ex-date is 1/Apr, Entitlement Date is 3/Apr they will be able to inform you on the sure dates as to when need to hold, when you can start selling existing stock, when the bonus-issued will be given to your account for you to trade.

My pass experience on another stock, is only need to hold it until ex-date (1/Apr in this case), then 1 week after entitlement-date (3/Apr) only the bonus issued shares will reach my account for trading.

soso9999, price adjusted to 0.75 is more or less expected due to the bonus issue of 3:1. Roughly means the share has diluted by 30%, so the price will be adjusted accordingly.
If basing on 0.075, those who entered at 0.100 (prior to bonus issue) is still break even at 0.075.
Say you bought 30,000 shares @ 0.100, you would get extra 10,000 bonus shares for the bonus issue, meaning you would have averaged at 40,000 @ 0.075. so no money lose to you in that example case.
