big timers should be subjected to the same trade brokerages and fees charged same as small timers so as to minimise the imbalance . At the moment big timers got special preferential treatments from the broker , so their fees are very much lower than the small fishes , this is not a level playing ground unless something is done to correct the imbalance. high time the Bursa should remedy this to reduce the vagaries in stock prices and keep the stock exchange more insane as an investment hub rather than big time casino...

I think houses offered by Kseng are much cheaper compared with Eco- World under TS Liew . The houses sold by TS Liew ranging from 900k- 1.3 mi or higher at 1.3-1.8mi? So which one do u choose?

So pls do not think highly of TS Liew and all the mother , subsidiary or associated cos . The group are out there to make lots of monies. Houses around 400-500 k are selling 900k-1.3 mi, which are way beyond of local purchasing power .I salute the state government to imposing 5% processing fees for foreign buyers . In actual fact , the processing fees should be higher ( +/- 10%) and foreign cars coming to Malaysia should pay a levy equivalent to the charge we are going out to S'pore at SD 20 per day. This will definitely deterred foreigners from coming here to speculate the already hot property markets which make locals despair to not owning a house here.

will hold on until first 20% declared dividen expire on 30/10. Thereafter will shot down to its support level at 4.60 until another 18% declared dividen expires in Jan 2014. Just prediction....

at 4-5 % levy on foreigners , so a house for 1 million will cost an additional 45-50 K extra investment . With the expected increase at 10% pa , it will be still worthwhile to invest but for a longer term. The change situation is foreign property can only find for a foreign buyer and local property cannot change hand to a foreign buyer will cause great damage to the hot property run now existed in IDR. The sale of property will drop drastically and culmulating to the property burst in near term.

what i mean is that the properties in Johor esp in and around IDR are over-played so much so that the state govt has to step into curb the unhealthy speculations generated by imposing new rules and increased in levy for foreighners who undoubtedly have created the surge and sudden increase which will not benefit the locals in the long run.

what has happen to mpcorp? the lands held were nearer to JB than focal and kseng is further away in kong kong masai n Teluk sengat. The problem is TS Liew not buying mpcorp but focal , all boils down to the management and trade name ingerited by Liew under SP Setia , Eco- World , Salcon and focal. Anyway this co is now making 12 cts/share and given that its share is only 50 cts , this share is making around 25 % earning . I will buy more to keep for my children rather than putting money in the bank to earn petty interest.

corrections to malaysiaboleh..lands bought by forefathers and inherited till now . Kseng has yet to buy any piece of lands given they have so much ample cash . By right , they should have bought many pieces of lands utilizing the cash reserves and now will be a different story for Kseng ? Should be bigger than IOI if not mistaken . And mind you IOI is only 10 cts share now?

if the news r true extract from malaysiaboleh , the pay out will be in the region of 60 cts . Bonus should be in the region of 1 for 2 if better 1 for 1 by mitigating the cash reserves cater for future investing ( 360 m+180 m=540 m ) shares...This will make the hostile take over a bit difficult? But by looking the trend now , big landed cos r keep on acquiring lands in n around IDR like FGV , Boustead , Eco-land , IOI , UEM etc . In no time , lands n housing will be monopolise by giant cos only . Good news or bad news r up to u to interpret.
