The share may drop further n resistance around 20 cts?
2013-05-30 22:24 | Report Abuse
now is less than 40k/ac after discounting 25m cash given free ? What a shock to many? what has been disclosed by captains of the industry is :
EPS by Scope is 0.21 cts and Matang is 4.3 cts Difference of 20xs
NTA by Scope is 12 cts and Matang is 118.9 cts Difference of nearly 10xs
under Matang -Scope Merger , it is clearly the minority shareholders were taken for by a free ride????
Assets of 12 cts will be valued at 25 cts??? Very smart move by Scope.Which is value by 2.1 x higher ..V smart n clever move compared with matang which is grossly undervalued.

Lands in Matang were valued at 145m for 2677 acres and approx at 54k per acre? At the moment can anyone enlighten me what is the market value per acre for lands around Tangkak area? Common sense can tell u that the lands were undervalued but scope shares at 10 cts par were overvalued at present market price. What are the minority shareholders doing? Just let them have the say or we plan something to abort the ridiculous sale.

now prospectus were given to vote in favour of the injection of good tangible assets into scope which is not making any money or paying any dividend ? We as minority shareholders what are the steps we should take to avoid being played out in the deal. We prefer paying cash based on market value . We do not want any of scope valueless scrips ? It only costs around 5-10 cts per share but we are paying so much for a loss making company? We had cheated on many occasion by MCA , esp on Cooperative Kojadi and the illegal collection of deposits ? Now Matang which will be sold cheaply for land around Tangkak region? Lands in Tangkak are selling around 3-4 million /acre ; recently someone is selling for 450 million for 120 acres there? What a shoch to many minority shareholders. We hope that someone may enlighten us what are the next course of action to be taken? Please?????

when cpo hit 2700 , i think most plantation stocks will join the party. Better to accumulate @ 70+ cts to enjoy a bigger profit when it hit a dollar. Rotational play is the norm of the day....my fren

@0.895 or 0.90 will be the entry level to enhance any profit later. Either one to make a quick kill or long term investment will depend on each person financial capability . For coffee money , i think no problem if one were to make a small premium gain @ 3-4 cts will not be a problem. But for long term investors , better target @ 1.00 and above so that the return is commensurate with banking interest- the opportunity cost , likely to be enjoyed.

when it has lots of fund it may return back the old ways by buying other banks at exorbitant price n it shares tumbled from RM 12 to RM 2 . So history may repeat itself for this bank. Be careful...

but really if one were to buy share n keep for sometime ( long term) one may accumulate cepat coz it may touch 1.30 after experiencing dormancy for a year or two . So by playing once a year will be quite substancial in term of returns.

can't u understand that this is market , so buying n selling will be the norm of the day.If u have confidence , just hold on to it , if not let go and take the cash instead. Some ppl seeing bad times as opportunities but others think otherwise. In stock market when there r risks , there r opportunities as well . It is a well balanced game.

as what the proceedings in 43rd AGM in Tg Puteri Golf Resort , the outcome has no surprise . The usual conservative answer that the co is looking for opportunities n no planning to embark on value added projects except declaring a condo project in Tmn Daya being planned in 1-2 yrs time , no special payment for tax credit 108 amounting to 340 million will be expired at the end of the year ? many minority shareholders expressed dissatisfaction on the tax credit issue and demanded the co auditor n management of KS to give an account for that. Though tax credit disn't mean much to majority shareholders but means a lot to minority shareholders as the payment will value add the co shares which most will welcome but the co only taking interest of majority shareholdes? Co declared a meagre 6 cts /share compared with directors fees coming to a tune of more than 6 over millions n keep on increasing year by year ? The same old management takes office n no chance in unlocking its values and assets except for another 5-10 years . So keep on waiting if u r very patient. No valuation of assets coz may have to pay extra land premium n taxation , this was what they had said . i think by the look of it , this co will not give u any surprise or special dividend in the future?.
